Toolbar Hamburger Icon

The Toolbar is normally found on the right side of the screen, clicking on the Hamburger Icon will expand to a full set of icons.

The Toolbar to the left has settings that change infrequently.

Chart settings have moved to the lower right hamburger in each screen canvas ChartBar.
